If you are inactive for 90 days and deactivated you will need to pay the $35 dollars again to reactivate your account and re-upload your information.

Your children’s safety is our absolute highest priority! We have live tracking where the parents can track their children in real time. Once parents join the app the live tracking feature will be available to them for each of their children’s rides. All passengers are required to wear seatbelts; this will be enforced by your driver. Driver’s are not allowed to text or talk on the phone while your children in the vehicle. Child locks are required to be on while children are in route. Parents will provide booster seats or car seats for each child riding.

We will also be requiring all drivers to have a car inspection and a front and rear dash cam. These safety measures will be in place by April 15, 2026.

If a driver is late the parent has the option to give the driver a bad rating on the app. The parent can also give the driver a warning about tardiness which jeopardizes their route. Lastly, the parent can select another driver.

If you have already had your meet and greet and your child/ren are uncomfortable with their driver the parent can address the issue with the driver to try to get resolve. The parent can also go back to the app and choose another driver if there is no resolve.
