All changes to any routes need to be changed in the app for the safety of the parents and the children.

If your driver does not show up you can control the payments from your dashboard. You can also go in the app and give a rating on that driver. We recommend all parents have a backup driver in place for any cancellations by the driver. We also recommend choosing a backup driver while choosing your primary driver while you have access to the driver database.

We recommend all parents have backup driver just in case it is needed. You can also go back to the driver database and choose another driver.

This pays for your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for your state and the National Background Check, and other background screenings.

Because you are driving for children, it will be required every 6 months.

Yes. In order to accept the change, you must go through the app.

You will know within 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days) if you have been approved, denied or need more information.

Drivers can drive year round if requested by the parents.

Yes, we transport children with all types of special needs.

If you are inactive for 90 days and deactivated you will need to pay the $35 dollars again to reactivate your account.
